Set for Oct. 15 and 16, the 2011 Treasure Island Music Festival has announced the full lineup for the two-day San Francisco Bay concert.  For the fifth annual festival, headliners Empire of the Sun and Death Cab for Cutie have been slated to top the 24 act bill.
