After not selling enough tickets, the Arvika Festival, which was set to take place from July 14-16, was forced to shut down. Lucky for those who purchased a ticket, the people at Roskilde feel the pain of the fans stuck with a now useless ticket so they are offering all those with a three-day pass to Arvika free admission to the sold-out Roskilde Festival.
A Roskilde spokeswoman said “It’s always sad when a great music event waves the white flag. Most of all it’s a shame for the audience, who are suddenly deprived of a festival experience. Therefore, we welcome them at Roskilde, and it will not cost them anything but their Arvika ticket.”
All those with access to Arvika simply have to present their ticket at the entrance to the Roskilde Festival in order to gain access.
