In support of their latest EP, Invisible White, psychedelic rockers Ancestors have premiered two of its tracks. “Epilogue” and “Invisible White” are available for download below.
The EP, a follow up to their sophomore album Of Sound Mind, released June 21st and marks the introduction of new member Matt Barks.
Guitarist Justin Maranga commented:
“It’s a project that we’ve been talking about doing for a long time with the addition of Matt to the lineup, we knew it would be a while before we were able to get the next full length out, so we decided that now was a good time to do this. We went into the studio with rough acoustic skeletons of the songs written and essentially let the songs chart their own course. It was a really different approach for us, as we normally go into the studio knowing exactly what is going to happen.”
