As if the Californian surf-rock band Best Coast hasn’t been making Wavves (no pun intended) in the last year, Bethany Consentino announced that Drew Barrymore will be directing the video for their next single, “Our Deal.”
The frontgirl also revealed that actresses Miranda Cosgrove and Chloe Moretz, along with actor-comedian Donald Glover, will feature in the video.
In the meantime, the band is at work on their next album. Consentino said:
“I’ve been working on trying to find a way to blend the classic pop stuff that I do with this new country thing that I’ve been exploring a lot.. It’s not going to be a country record at all. I think a lot of people are getting scared when I say that.”
