Paul McCartney Returns to New York

Paul McCartney will perform at Yankee Stadium on July 15th. The show will mark his first appearance there, as well as the two-year anniversary since his legendary 2009 concerts.

The concert is expected to run nearly three hours and feature everything from the hits to the deep cuts over the span of McCartney’s musical career. McCartney will be supported by the combo band the Las Vegas Sun, who also accompanied him on his Live 2009 and Up and Coming’s 2010 tours.

After playing over 30 dates across North America, South America, and the UK, McCartney kicked off his 2011 tour in Peru last month. A show at Rio de Janeiro’s Estadio Olimpico Joao Havelange became the first ever concert to be broadcast live on the internet throughout Latin America.

Michelle Rick: I like Pop Rocks, and believe your life is incomplete if you've never seen Forrest Gump. I recently saw the Counting Crows live, for free, and it was not good. I was supposed to interview David Hasselhoff once but he never showed. And I love the band that was once Oasis.
