After a four year hiatus, Sacramento, CA experimental duo Hella have returned with plans for new album to be released this coming August via Sargent House. Neither the album nor any of its tracks have titles yet, but you can download the album’s first track after the jump.
Premiering Thursday via Stereogum, the album’s first track is currently officially being referred to as “Hella – Track 1.” The titling comes from the band’s request that fans make their own visuals/videos for the song, upload them to YouTube and share their efforts on the band’s Facebook page.
There are currently no other details available about Hella’s upcoming LP. A recent press release stated that more details will be released “when they’re good and ready.”
