Odd Future‘s manager Chris Clancy, has confirmed with Rap Radar and Pitchfork that the alternative hip-hop group has signed a deal with Sony/RED Distribution that gives “them 100 percent control of all aspects to their music. The deal will also cover all acts associated with the group and will have no third party participation in outside business.
“It’s based on getting the distribution deal we’ve always envisioned that allows the group to ‘sign themselves’ to their own company and keep their masters,” Chris Clancy told Rap Radar. The Los Angeles based group has been gaining major success the release of the hit single, “Sandwitches”.
