Tokimonsta Live at the Sahara Tent

We’re live! For those of you that haven’t visited mxdwn before during Coachella, like previous years we’ll be covering everything we live in real-time. First up for 2011, Tokimonsta. Mounted amidst an impressive series of LED video walls, the woman known as Tokimonsta bopped slowly along, dropping dubstep electro. Nothing too eye popping, but for 1 p.m. in the desert, it was just about the right tempo. Oh yeah, tons of weed smoke in the air at this stage.
