Art Brut will release their fourth studio album May 24th. Brilliant! Tragic! is the name, and straight forward in your face rock is the game.Black Francis has yet again played both mentor and producer for the record.
When pressed for comment, Art Brut front man, Eddie Argos, summed up the album saying “This time the album is more about how I think I’m psychic, songs for my funeral, the principality of Sealand and Axl Rose. Weightier topics I think. I’m also sexier now…..”
The Album is set to be released on Cooking Vinyl/The End Records at the end of May. A single will also be released a week in advance of the album. Titled “Lost Weekend”, the first single from this record will be available for streaming May 17th.
