Gruff Rhys, solo artist, lead singer of the Welsh Super Furry Animals, one half of the electronic duo Neon Neon and documentarian, will be releasing his new solo album Hotel Shampoo on May 3^rd on Wichita Recordings.

Hotel Shampoo is Gruff’s third solo album and ,to accompany the new release, Gruff recently created an art installation – a hotel made entirely of bathroom items garnered from various hotels throughout his touring career – and spent the night sleeping inside.
