Miles Zuniga Raises Over $20K To Fund Solo Album

Miles Zuniga, vocalist and guitarist of Fastball, takes an alternate route in producing his solo album.

Instead of being on the hunt for finding a record label, Miles Zuniga creatively thought up the idea of asking for support of his new solo project, These Ghosts Have Bones, through donations.  He premeditated goal of raising $20,000 during the course of a month, but successfully reached his goal in far less than half of that; just ten days.  In hopes to reaching his goal, Miles created a Kickstarter account, which is a funding platform for artists.  Miles then set up a web page where you can find him in a hilarious video asking for support for his solo project.  The web page was a hit, resulting in a flood of monetary donations, which made his goal quite simple to reach.

He’s hoping to hit the $30k mark by the end of October.  With so much money already raised, and if the pattern continues in the way it has been Miles’ final goal for the month is looking to even possibly be surpassed.
