“An Evening At Trasimeno Lake: Live From The Heart Of Italy” will be available on December 7.
Ana Popovic, Europe’s own hybrid of blues, jazz, funk, and rock, is releasing a brand new DVD capturing over two hours of live music through the perspective of six different cameras and with over 5,000 fans rocking out. The DVD, “An Evening At Trasimeno Lake: Live From The Heart Of Italy”, shows footage from her band’s “Blind From Love” tour.
The upcoming DVD is yet another showcase of Ana’s booming success in being a fairly new artist. She’s been nominated for over seven awards in Europe and holds the title for the oldest and most prestigious jazz award in France. Her band’s 2007 album, Still Making History, creeped up the U.S. Billboard Chart for 19 weeks, making its peak at #3.
