Way back in March, experimental pop rockers The Octopus Project rocked the crap out of SXSW with the debut performance of their “sixteen-sided audiovisual panorama” Hexadecagon. The band’s releasing a studio version of Hexadecagon on October 26th, and fans now can get a peek at the album’s opening track “Fuguefat.”
According to the band, “Fuguefat” is inspired by minimalist composers Terry Riley and Steve Reich. Hexadecagon is out on Peek-A-Boo Records on October 26th.
