Don’t say Maynard Keenan (of Tool fame) doesn’t diversify. Last we heard from Keenan, he was tearing the roof off the Staples Center singing Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody.” Now, as we reported last month, he’s completed the soundtrack to “Blood Into Wine,” the documentary on his own wine-making ambitions in Arizona.
The 12-song collection, entitled Sound Into Blood Into Wine, hits stores September 7. Puscifer fans who caught the band earlier this year will be familiar with some of the countrified versions of the songs on the soundtrack as they appeared on Puscifer’s debut album “V Is For Vagina.” These versions of the songs have not been available before.
