Following the sudden death of drummer Devon Clifford on April 18, 2010, You Say Party! We Say Die!, have changed their name to simply You Say Party! In a statement posted on the band’s website, the band attributes the change in name to respect for the departed Clifford and the evolution of life.
Also announced in the statement are the departure of keyboardist Krista Loewen, the welcoming of new members Robert Andow (keys/guitar) and Bobby Siadat (drums) of Vancouver band Gang Violence, and YSD’s plans to reschedule their canceled European tour for the fall of 2010.
