Dissappointingly, Charlotte Gainsbourg’s set lacked the pristine beauty that her recent album IRM delivered so much of. Gainsbourg seemed happy to be present, but vocally was a little off key. Also, the mix was off balance, percussion elements landed higher in what was heard than it should have. Even lead single “Heaven Can Wait,” lacked some of the subtle charms that it did in its recorded format.
