Los Angeles rock band Night Horse, is set to record their sophomore album at Infrasonic Studios this upcoming January. The as-yet-untitled LP will showcase the works of esteemed producer, engineer and mixer Matt Bayles. Bayles is known and highly regarded for his work with bands such as Mastodon, Isis, Pearl Jam, Botch and The Murder City Devils. Bayles stated his main intention in recording Night Horse is “to capture their rock n’ roll swagger”.
The new Night Horse album is set to be released via Tee Pee Records and will be the follow-up to their acclaimed debut The Dark Won’t Hide You. The newcomers came on the scene in 2008 and have caught the ears and eyes of critics and fans with their unique ability to blend the greater aspects of rock music with a much needed breath of contemporary fresh air. Night Horse is also expected to release an EP as a teaser, prior to the anticipated LP release, slated for next summer.
