The recently formed supergroup, Them Crooked Vultures (Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl, Queens of the Stone Age’s Josh Homme and Led Zeppelin’s John Paul Jones), has been confirmed by Billboard.com to be performing at Lollapalooza aftershow on Sunday, August 9. Although the festival’s organizer, C3 Presents, hasn’t confirmed it officially, the last-minute aftershow announcement’s bill features three symbols that look identical to each band’s. The show is scheduled to take place at the Metro and tickets go on sale Thursday, August 6 10 a.m. CST (internet only) via etix.com. See full lineup of Lollapalooza’s aftershows here.
