Saosin Will Release New Album in September/Summer Tour Dates

Saosin will release their album, In Search of Higher Ground, through Virgin Records on September 8th, 2009. Producer Butch Walker (Sevendust, Fall Out Boy, P!nk) completed 5 songs with the band, while John Feldman (The Used, Good Charlotte, Story Of The Year) produced 2 tracks, and Lucas Banker/Logan Mader (Five Finger Death Punch, Soulfly, Machine Head) polished off one. Band guitarist Beau Burchell mixed all the songs. The band is playing this summer in the Vans Warped Tour with the full schedule below. Saosin is comprised of Cove Reber (vocals), Chris Sorenson (bass), Alex Rodriguez (drums), Justin Shekoski (guitar) and Beau Burchell (guitar).

If you want to catch an advance listen to the album on the day of their release, you can, through their album download card promotion through Alternative Press. Cards will be sold onsite at the band’s merchandise table on the tour, at AP’s Warped Tour tent, and on the magazine’s website, for $15.
