Coachella 2009 – The Black Keys

With the festival still looking strikingly unattended, the duo of The Black Keys commanded the main stage with gritty garage rock and heavily distorted guitars. The minimalist approach was perfect for the atmosphere, with each not echoing on through the sparsely traversed field.
