More than 25 years after setting the world ablaze, the epic event that was the video of “Thriller” will be brought to the theatrical stage as a recreation of the 14-minute spoof including songs from the album Thriller as well as Off the Wall.
“This musical will be the exclusive Michael Jackson authorized version of ‘Thriller’ and Jackson will participate in every aspect of the creative process,” said the Nederland Organization, the rights holders to the musical.
