Oasis released their first three albums on Creation Records. After that, they started their own Big Brother label and worked out a distribution deal with Sony’s Epic label. The albums released under this arrangement were Standing on the Shoulder of Giants, Heathen Chemistry and Don’t Believe the Truth. Now the band has inked another deal with Sony BMG for their next three albums in which they will share profits by continuing to release under the Big Brother imprint; Oasis will also control global distribution and marketing.http://www.billboard.com/bbcom/news/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1003818881
