Jakob Dylan’s debut solo album, Seeing Things, will be in stores on June 10, 2008. The album will be co-released by Columbia Records and Starbucks and was produced by Rick Rubin at his home in the Hollywood Hills.
Dylan, the son of Bob Dylan and lead singer of the Wallflowers, has announced a tour in support of the album set to kick off with two nights in a row at San Francisco’s Café du Nord on May 17th and 18th. The tour will crisscross the United States with the last confirmed date on September 26th in Austin, TX. Dylan will also be making appearances at a number of television and radio shows, including ETown, The Late Show with David Letterman, Mountain Stage, Wood Songs, Austin City Limits, and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, as well as performing at a number of music festivals. He will be accompanied by his touring band, The Gold Mountain Rebels.
