Dinosaur Jr., Mercury Rev, Harmonia, Lilys, Growing, and Yo La Tengo have been added to the ATP New York billing, curated by both ATP (All Tomorrow Parties) and My Bloody Valentine. The first U.S. version of the festival will be located at Kutshers Country Club in Monticello, NY.
The festival will start on Friday, September 19th, with the theme “Don’t Look Back.†Thurston Moore will be performing Psychic Hearts, Tortoise will be performing Millions Now Living Will Never Die, Meat Puppets will be performing Meat Puppets II, and Built to Spill will be performing Perfect From Now On.
Saturday, September 20th, is curated by ATP and the line-up includes: **** Buttons, Low, Growing, Edan with guest Dagha, Shallac, Thee Silver Mount Zion Orchestra, The Drones, Polvo, Wooden Shjips, Harmonia, Om, and Autolux. Sunday, as chosen by My Bloody Valentine, will feature Dinosaur Jr., Lilys, Yo La Tengo, Mercury Rev, Mogwai, and My Bloody Valentine.
The next batch of tickets for ATP New York went on sale today. All tickets are $225 (plus a booking fee) and no single day tickets are available. The tickets available today are either with or without accommodation at the Raleigh Hotel. Tickets are available at: http://www.seetickets.com/atp2.
