Rapper Lil Jon is suing freedom of speech enthusiast Larry Flynt after Flynt’s production company produced an adult film using Lil Jon’s name and likeness without his permission. “Phat Tuesday” features concert footage from one of Lil Jon and the East Side Boyz’ performances and plasters his image on the cover. Neither Lil Jon nor his record label gave authorization on the project.
