Spin Magazine is reporting that Nine Inch Nails drummer Jerome Dillon is leaving the band’s current North American tour. Dillon has been hospitalized twice in the past two weeks, presumably because of a newly discovered congenital heart condition. Josh Freese was on hand at the band’s recent Hollywood Bowl show in case Dillon felt ill. Dillon completed the show, but it is expected that Freese will take over for the remainder of the tour. Nothing has been confirmed by an official source.http://www.spin.com/features/news/2005/10/051003_nin/
