Similar to the fund-raiser following last year’s tsunami, Louisiana natives Tim McGraw, Harry Connick, Jr., and Wynton Marsalis are just three of the acts to play A Concert for Hurricane Relief on Friday to aid the victims of Hurricane Katrina. The show will be broadcast on NBC. Another benefit will follow on September 10 featuring Green Day and Alicia Keys on MTV, VH1, and CMT.http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/music/4203540.stm
