Parody band Mac Sabbath will be bringing their iconic charm of fast food-themed heavy metal to Chicago this fall for an intimate jam session. The cult favorite group will be performing at Reggies on September 18th with special guests Supersuckers and The Atomic Bitchwax.
The band’s current tour, titled the “This One Goes to 11 Anniversary Tour,” spans from September 4 to September 19, 2025, with performances being held all around the United States. The September 18th show is a part of Riot Fest’s official late-night aftershow series, offering fans an close view into the theatrics Mac Sabbath is known for.
Formed in 2014, Mac Sabbath gained attention with their abrasive concept of combining Black Sabbath’s music with fast food-themed lyrics and imagery. Their viral videos and laughably original performances quickly garnered a cult following from a small yet mighty fan base. The band’s lineup includes Ronald Osbourne, Slayer MacCheeze, Grimalice, and Catburglar, each adopting personas inspired by fast food culture. Their debut album, Mac Sabbath, released in 2015, features tracks like “Sweet Beef” and “Pair a Buns,” a unique and unmatched take on classic Black Sabbath songs.
Don’t miss your chance to catch Mac Sabbath’s iconic theatrics, alongside Supersuckers and The Atomic Bitchwax, at Reggies on Monday, September 18th. Tickets are available now at ReggiesChicago.com.
