Album brings eye catching and soul shaking sound
Earlier this year it was announced that the metal bands Full of Hell and Nothing were collaborating together to record an album. Earlier this month, the band released When No Birds Sang. The music is simply stunning, each track the guitar riffs and drum beats sizzle the air with head banging sound, while the vocal performances serenade the ears in powerful tones. When No Birds Sang just proves how strong Full of Hell and Nothing are when performing together.
Kicking things off is “Rose Tinted World,” and what shines brightly on this composition are the vocal performances screaming out the lyrics in pure rage. While listening, strong and passionate emotions can be felt through the authoritative vocal tones while the music continues to create havoc in the background. On “Rose Tinted World,” each vocalist proves how talented they are as artists and musicians.
“Forever Well” is a ditty that is a bit softer due to how the bass guitar creates bittersweet riffs before blending in with the lovely keyboard, drum and lead guitar. Each bass guitar riff brings a feeling of looming danger that is blending in with the lingering darkness. “Forever Well” is a killer composition that shows how instrumental and vital a bass guitar can be in creating a musical vibe that compliments the theme.
The title song “When No Birds Sang” is a bit different thanks to the dynamic guitar playing that creates an electric sound. These elements blend in with the harmonic voices that are softly whispering out the lyrics before everyone starts to play on a melodic and harmonic musical vibe. “When No Birds Sang” is a creative composition characterized by Full of Hell and Nothing performing a low key tempo.
Although When No Birds Sang consists of six songs, Full of Hell and Nothing proves how they are capable of making music that reflects who they are as artists.
