Industrial Metal quartet headlines the their Rise Of The Machine tour with multiple opening acts
Static-X has been around for a long long time. I remember as a young metal-head whipper-snapper in high school, I was super into bands like Underoath, Bring Me The Horizon, and Converge to name some, but straight up scorned bands like Static-X and Trivium. Now my sentiments have lightened up and softened. Trivium to me is like a good Nickelback joke. Great piece of laughable nostalgia. Static-X is more interesting since I’m so into EBM (electronic body music) and Industrial and the like. Although these genres are vastly different from eachSome songs I recommend from Static-X that I just now listened to would be Terminator Oscillator and Cold. Great music for Terminator and FPS (first person shooter) gamers.
Opening acts should be Fear Factory and Dope. These bands have also been around since well before I’ve been born and play either melodic death or melodic industrial metal or both. I just never got into them as a kid or even now. I tried a little to get into Fear Factory for their ties to Industrial sounds and artists and that super sweet cyberpunk themed album cover artwork. Their merch is sick that’s for sure. I’ve been eyeballing those buttons a little on their website.
Now concerning the venue, it’s super famous and always holds such high profile acts and maybe you’ve been there before but if you haven’t then go and look them up on the web because you can do it yourself don’t be lazy. Laugh out loud!
