The popular Orlando, FL. based music festival, Lynyrd Skynyrd & Friends Simple Man Jam, is returning later this year from Aug. 20-24, for their family reunion weekend concert. The current lineup consists of 9 bands, with Lynyrd Skynyrd as the headlining act for two of the dates.
The festival will also be hosting American rock veterans, Styx, who recently released their album The Mission, in 2017 and Blackberry Smoke, Georgia based rock band, who released their live album, Homecoming/Live In Atlanta, in November.
4-piece Americana country rock band, Bishop Gunn, will also be featured on the lineup, making it one of the youngest acts at the festival, as they were recently formed in 2016. The band first released their Bishop Gunn EP in 2016, and debuted their first full length album, Natchez, in 2018.
Tickets for the festival are available for presale, as general public tickets are not currently available. The festival also offers hotel rooms for the attendees, with the pricing for the entire weekend ranges from $1,399-$5,798.
