Swedish metal band Meshuggah is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a tour next year. They will play at Brooklyn Paramount on March 4.
Meshuggah was formed in 1987 in Umeå, Sweden. Over the course of their four-decade-long career, they have released nine studio albums and six EPs. In 2018, their song “Clockworks” was nominated for a Grammy in the Best Metal Performance category. Their most recent record, Immutable, was released in 2022. It reached the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s US Top Hard Rock Albums chart.
The Forty Year Anomaly Tour will follow up Meshuggah’s 2025 run with Carcass and Cannibal Corpse.
