Carly Rae Jepsen will be headlining Madison Square Garden for the first time next May. The tour announcement comes after the release of her eighth studio record, Day and Night, last month.

The Canadian singer, best known for her hit songs “Call Me Maybe” and “I Really Like You”, is a two-time Grammy nominee and three-time Juno Award winner. Her record The Loneliest Life and its companion album The Loveliest Life brought her back into the limelight in recent years and laid the groundwork for her most recent project. Day and Night is a double LP containing 24 songs, 12 for day and 12 for night. Each record has a distinct theme, with Day leaning toward a lighter, psychedelic sound and Night leaning more toward a dancey club vibe. She is sharing eight B-sides from the double record this Friday in a release dubbed Day and Night (Continued).
