According to Blabbermouth.net, Deathgasm II: Goremageddon, the long-awaited sequel to the 2015 cult horror-comedy phenomenon Deathgasm, arrives in cinemas across the U.S. and Canada on September 29 and on VOD October 13. Reprising their roles from the beloved 2015 original are Milo Cawthorne, Kimberley Crossman, James Joshua Blake, Sam Berkley and Daniel Cresswell. The sequel also introduces us to new characters played by Kieran Charnock, Harrison Keefe, Maggie Nicole Robertson and Adam Scherr (WWE legend Braun Strowman). Metal musician Matthew Kiichi Heafy, of the Grammy-nominated metal band TRIVIUM, who composed the film’s original score.
The soundtrack is also set to include brutal songs from the likes of GWAR, SANGUISUGABOGG, FROZEN SOUL, ALIEN WEAPONRY and more. A previous press release promised that Deathgasm II: Goremageddon would feature “the most skull-shattering metal soundtrack in movie history.” The movie was produced with support from Creative Saskatchewan, the New Zealand Film Commission, Fahrenheit Films, Bitbot Media and Metalheads Ltd.
Also, Deathgasm II: Goremageddon world premiered at Fantastic Fest 2025 before screening at Sitges, BIFAN, Fantaspoa, BIFFF, Screamfest, Telluride Horror Show, Razor Reel, Monster Fest and over a dozen additional global film festivals.
