Hayley Williams at Forest Hills Stadium on September 16th and 17th

On the heels of her wildly successful Hayley Williams At a Bachelor Party tour this past year, Hayley Williams will soon bring The Hayley Williams Show live across the Americas with special guests Magdalena Bay, Rico Nasty, Annie DiRusso, and Mannequin Pussy. She arrives in NYC on September 16th and 17th for two shows at Forest Hills stadium with support from Magdalena Bay and Rico Nasty.

Hayley Williams rose to prominence as the lead singer of legendary alternative rock band, Paramore, where she and core bandmates, Zac Farro and Taylor York, carved out a name for themselves with their first three groundbreaking albums, 2005’s All We Know Is Falling, 2007’s RIOT!, and 2009’s Brand New Eyes. With anthems like “Pressure,” “Misery Business,” and “All I Wanted,” Paramore established themselves as one of the leading artists in the emo and pop-punk genres with one of the most powerful voices in modern rock at the helm. Continuing into the 2010s, with various lineup changes, the band made bold explorations into uncharted genre territory with 2013’s alt-rock leaning Paramore (whose lead single “Ain’t It Fun” won the Best Rock Song Grammy in 2015) and their ‘80s inspired pop on 2017’s After Laughter. After announcing an indefinite hiatus in 2018, Paramore returned with a bang with 2023’s This Is Why, with the album winning the Grammy for Best Rock Album and its lead single winning Best Alternative Music Performance.

Amidst the Paramore hiatus and the global pandemic, Hayley Williams (who had already stacked up an impressive amount of features) launched her solo career with two back to back albums, 2020’s Petals For Armor and 2021’s FLOWERS for VASES / descansos. Based on the notion that “being vulnerable is a shield,” Petals For Armor outlines a period of intense personal struggle and self-discovery for Williams over a backdrop of incredibly smooth and groovy R&B, funk, and pop. Descansos, on the other hand, dives into beautifully stripped-back (mostly) acoustic folk for an exploration of her loneliest and darkest feelings as Williams takes full creative control, writing and performing the entire album by herself in her Nashville home.

In the summer of 2025, she made 17 new singles available to stream through her website, requiring a password distributed by Good Dye Young (her hair product company with Brian O’Connor), before releasing them individually to streaming services, encouraging fans to take creative control and assemble them into their own album orders. A month later, taking inspiration from the fan tracklists, she rereleased the singles (along with new fan-favorite, “Parachute”) as Ego Death At A Bachelor Party through her independent record label, Post Atlantic. The album earned Williams four Grammy nominations and saw her expanding her sound, adding trumpets on “Ice In My OJ,” “autotune on “Glum,” and heavy distortion on “Mirtazipine,” all while maintaining the vulnerability, musical and emotional depth, and focus on her voice that makes her solo work so powerful. After expanding the album to its full size with the addition of two more tracks, Williams embarked on her first solo tour (shows for her first two albums were cancelled due to Covid), Hayley Williams At A Bachelor Party, in 2026, on which her live band was filled out by Paramore touring members (or the ParaFour), Brian Robert-Jones (guitar), Joey Howard (bass), Joseph Mullen (drums), and Logan MacKenzie (guitar, keyboards). The tour, which sold out almost immediately, saw Williams and her band playing every song from the album in the same order each night and delivering an intimate, sonically rich and emotionally cathartic performance.

Now, after performing songs from Petals For Armor and FLOWERS for VASES / descansos live for the first time (save for “Crystal Clear” during the This Is Why Tour) at Newport Folk Festival, Williams is set to embark on The Hayley Williams Show tour starting in September which will combine music from all three of amazing studio albums for what is sure to be a stellar run of shows. Known for her incredibly powerful vocal delivery and infectious personality, Williams has been a beacon for women in rock music for the past two decades from her role as the commanding singer of Paramore’s to her equally impressive solo career, which has confirmed what was apparent all along: Hayley Williams is one of the leading artists of her generation. Don’t miss The Hayley Williams Show at Forest Hills Stadium on September 16th and 17th!
