Lords Of Acid, the Belgian electronic music group, formed in 1988, is coming to New York. The band was formed by Praga Khan, Oliver Adams, and Jade 4U. The band is known for their provocative lyrics, blending techno, acid house, and industrial music with themes of sexuality, drug use, and hedonism. The group will be accompanied by former Butcher Babies singer Carla Harvey, their new vocalist. According to Consequence, the tour being labeled as “Praise the Lords” is featuring support from Little Miss Nasty. The tour is set to kick off in San Francisco on May 27th at DNA Lounge. The 27 date tour will finish off in Las Vegas at AREA15 on June 29th. The New York City show will be at Racket NYC on June 13th. Tickets to the Friday night show in NYC are on sale through Stubhub, and selling for as cheap as $48 USD for General Admission.
