Thrash-metal band, Cavalera Conspiracy, will take the stage for a performance in Chicago at Kingston Mines on Mar. 5, 2025. They will be joined by openers Dead Heat and Necrot.
Cavalera Conspiracy is a heavy-metal and thrash-metal band that consists of Brazillian-American brothers Max, on vocals, and rhythm guitar, and Igor, on drums. The brothers are more widely known as members of the heavy-metal band Sepultura. The brothers were not only members but founded Sepultura as well.
Cavalera Conspiracy initially began in 2007 by the name of Infliked but ended up changing its name. The beginning of this duo was also the end of a 10-year feud for the brothers.
The duo has released six studio albums, including their most recent, Schizophrenia (re-recorded) which was released this past year. They have also released six singles and one EP. They have culminated a large discography through Cavalera Conspiracy alongside their music from Sepultura. Max Cavalera also has created music with his band Soulfly.
The brothers have a long and dramatic history through Sepultura and Cavalera Conspiracy. They have worked and released music together for the majority of their lives and they have experienced many of the ups and downs that come with that.
