Jorja Smith is set to perform at the Auditorium Theatre on Feb. 26, 2025, in honor of her 2023 album falling or flying. This past year, Smith released the reimagined falling or flying and deluxe versions. A few days ago, she dropped a two-track single “Loving You/Don’t Let Me Go”, which will also be featured during her tour.
Jorja Smith, English R&B singer and songwriter has been writing and performing music since the age of 11. In 2012, at the age of 15, a friend of hers uploaded a cover of Smith singing “Earthquake” by Labrinth. She was an instant viral success and was then discovered by record producer Guy Moot.
Her first album, Lost & Found, was released in 2018. She quickly peaked at number three on the UK album charts and won Brits Critics’ Choice Awards all in the same year. The following year, she was nominated for Best New Artist for the Grammys. People took interest in her instantly.
In total, she has released two studio albums, 64 singles, and three EPs. She has been making music non-stop since the release of her first EPs in 2017 and her first album in 2018. She wrote a single for The Color Purple movie as well as working with many other projects and artists including Drake, Kali Uchis, Bruno Mars and many more.
