The Lou Koller benefit concert is coming to Irving Plaza on Saturday November 23rd

Lou Koller, the vocalist from the hardcore punk band Sick Of It All, was diagnosed with esophageal cancer earlier this summer. As a result of his diagnosis, any tour plans have been canceled for the foreseeable future. In support of his journey with chemotherapy, the hardcore community has put together a benefit concert to raise funds for his treatment. According to Brooklyn Vegan, the lineup includes metal groups like Vision Of Disorder, Life of Agony, Municipal Waste, Killing Time, and Crown Of Thornz. Vision Of Disorder is making their first debut since 2018, while Life Of Agony just headlined concert cruise in NYC recently. Life of Agony also happened to tour with Sick Of It All, over the past few years. All proceeds from the show will go to the ‘Lou Koller Fund’ via The Sweet Relief Musicians Fund. Tickets for the benefit show went on sale on September 11th and are still selling, for about $53 USD. for General Admission.
