Chaz Bear, known as Toro y Moi, is an American singer, songwriter, producer, and graphic designer. Taking his love of rock and hip-hop, he combines his musical influence by creating a storytelling depiction of his Filipino upbringing. Hole Erth released on September 6th and has notable features with artists like Don Toliver, Kevin Abstract, & more. Since Toro y Moi’s most recent momentum, he has announced a tour across the UK and Europe for March 2025. According to Whynow, “Toro y Moi’s eighth studio album, is a fascinating blend of pop-punk and vapor-wave rap, with nods to his childhood love of Y2K emo culture and his work with big-name rap artists.” The new album is out, along with the new music videos “Madonna” (feat.
