Amigo the Devil at Thalia Hall on Nov. 16

Amigo the Devil is set to perform on Nov. 16 at Thalia Hall. The tour is in celebration of his recently released album, Yours Until the War is Over (2024). He will be joined on stage by openers TK & The Holy Know-Nothings and Rattlesnake Milk.

Danny Kiranos, also known as Amigo the Devil is known for his contribution to the folk genre. He brings a sort of spooky eloquence that is sustained by his banjo.

Since the beginning of his career in 2018 with the release of his first album, Volume 1, he has created music that lures you in with a soft gentle tone but mixes in themes of death, murder, and other dark matters that leave you feeling uneasy in the best way.

Although he falls into the folk genre, he also could be considered in the country, rock, and even heavy metal genres.

In total, he has released five albums, six singles, and one EP.

This new album of his, Yours Until the War is Over (2024), incorporates various instruments and tones to create this chilling and eerie music.

The album sounds like something you would hear in an abandoned bar in the middle of the woods one fateful night in October.

Amigo the Devil will bring his ominous music during his performance at Thalia Hall on Nov. 16. Openers include TK & The Holy Know-Nothings and Rattlesnake Milk. Tickets can be purchased now through Thalia Hall’s website ThaliaHall.com
