Alessandro Cortini is coming to Knockdown Center, in Maspeth, on October 4th

Alessandro Cortini, longtime member of industrial rock band Nine Inch Nails, is coming to New York in October. Cortini was the first Italian to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, in 2020. His most recent album, Nati Infiniti will be available on October 4th, after he debuted performance of it at Berlin’s Atonal Festival. The Knockdown Center, an art and performance space dedicated to cross-disciplinary projects and collaborations, will host Cortini on Friday, October 4th. Tickets to this show are still selling, for about $55 USD. for a General Admission ticket. Cortini has worked with labels like Mute, Hospital, and Important Records amongst the years. Aside from Nine Inch Nails, he’s been a member of How to Destroy Angels, Blindoldfreak, and SONOIO. He also had involvement with an American Electronic-Alternative band, Modwheelmood, which was active from 1998-2009. It’s obvious that Cortini has been able to take elements from all of his experiences, to perfectly craft a strong synthetically pleasing sound to his solo career.
