Slowdive is coming to Brooklyn Paramount on November 18th

Slowdive, an English rock band from Reading, Berkshire, is coming to New York on November 18th. The band became known in the shoegaze scene for their two albums, Just for a Day and Souvlaki. After their third studio album, the band broke up and the members that stayed, changed the music with a heavier folk and country influence. After they reunited in 2014 at the Primavera Sound Festival, they released their fifth studio album, Everything Is Alive. This album was their first album to chart the top ten, and released in 2023. The band’s fanbase keeps reaching to a younger audience and offers an 80’s electronic sound influenced with exploration and an unforeseen direction. Tickets went on sale on July 24th and balcony tickets are still on sale for $158.60, while GA is selling for $96.59.
