Lords of Acid at Great American Music Hall on June 6

Belgian American acid house group, Lords of Acid, have announced the Make Acid Great Again Tour, spanning for nearly two months across the US! They will be making a stop in San Francisco at Great American Music Hall on June 6.

Lords of Acid was founded in 1988 by Belgian techno pioneer Praga Khan. The group has gone through a number of iterations throughout the years but their current lineup consists of Khan on keys and programming, Gigi Ricci on vocals, and Oliver Adams on keys and programming.

The band is notorious for their explicit lyricism and sexually themed releases. The group’s hit singles include “Pussy,” “Rough Sex,” and ‘I Sit on Acid.” They’ve released six studio albums across their career, with their upcoming seventh album, Acid Reign, set to release later this year. The album will see the return of band co-founder Oliver Adams following his departure after the release of the group’s fourth album, Farstucker.

Over the years, Lords of Acid have remained consistent in their image and influence despite some occasional stylistic shifting. You won’t want to miss what is sure to be a rowdy and energetic show at Great American Music Hall on June 6! Tickets are available here
