Metalcore masters, Knocked Loose, have announced a massive US spring tour with a stop in San Francisco at The Warfield on May 12!
In a fiery start to their career, the band originally called Manipulator formed in Oldham County, Kentucky, in June 2013. The four piece played their first show on July 26 that year before settling on a name change and releasing their debut single, “Manipulator” on August 27. After signing with Little Heart Records, Knocked Loose with release a number of singles throughout the remainder of the year and eventually dropped their debut EP, Pop Culture, in 2014. Originally spreading their music through touring, the band embarked on multiple escapades across the United States, primarily as support for larger acts.
After three years of sparse releases, the group finally dropped their debut album, Laugh Tracks, in 2016. They would spend the rest of 2016 and 2017 playing the album through opening sets. In 2018, they embarked on their first headlining tour. The numbering of supporting gigs played by Knocked Loose would only lessen as the years went by. In 2019, they released their sophomore LP, A Different Shade of Blue, to critical acclaim.
Last year the band released a double single entitled, Upon Loss, that included the tracks “Deep in the Willow” and “Everything is Quiet Now.” Don’t miss the unstoppable Knocked Loose when they play The Warfield on May 12! Tickets are available here
