Third Eye Bind at Shoreline Amphitheatre on June 15

Third Eye Blind

San Francisco locals and massively successful pop rock group, Third Eye Blind, have announced a 2024 North American Tour! They will be making a stop in nearby Mountain View at the Shoreline Amphitheatre on June 15.

Third Eye Blind is the conceptual love child of musicians Stephen Jenkins and Kevin Cadogan. The songwriting duo formed the group in 1993 and would sign their first major label record deal with Elektra Records in 1996. Their self-titled debit would arrive the following year. A triumph for the band, the record has now being six times certified platinum and contains hits like, “Semi-Charmed Life” and “Jumper.”

Rising internal tensions and the struggle to settle on a track list for their second record, Blue, all culminated in Cadogan leaving the band in 2000. Despite this, the group has remained strong after over 30 years together with seven studio albums under their belt total. Though the lineup of musicians who take the stage with Jenkins has changed over the years, the energy the band brings has remained all the same. They’ve been vocal in their disdain towards the Republican Party and steadfast in their support for LGBT rights, with these themes dating back all the way to songs like, “Jumper,” off their debut.

Third Eye Blind is lead vocalist Stephen Jenkins, drummer Brad Hargreaves, guitarist Kryz Reid, bassist Alex LeCavalier and keyboardist Colin Creev. Witness these five when they take the stage at the Shoreline Amphitheatre on June 15! Tickets are available here
