Trial Date Set For June 2024 In Tupac Shakur Murder Case

According to Pitchfork, a trial date for Duane Davis has been set for June 2024 in the case of rapper Tupac Shakur’s alleged murder. Davis was allegedly arrested for his alleged involvement in the late rapper’s 1996 murder in late September this year. The arrest follows a search warrant being issued back in July by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department in connection with the rapper’s death.

Davis hired two alleged attorneys to defend him in court and pleaded not guilty to his alleged involvement in Tupac Shakur’s alleged murder case. Davis’ two alleged public defenders, Charles Cano and Robert Arroyo, stated their intent to release Davis’ release on bail before the trial in June 2024. Furthermore, they also claim that they have yet to allegedly examine Davis’ alleged evidence for his alleged involvement in the late rapper’s alleged murder case.

Prior to his alleged arrest, Davis allegedly claimed in his alleged memoir and alleged interviews that he allegedly sat in the alleged car that Tupac was allegedly shot from. He also alleges that another individual allegedly fired the alleged shots that allegedly led to Tupac’s alleged murder.
