Photo Review: Better Lovers featuring Roman Candle & Entry at The Roxy

Better Lovers, Entry and Roman Candle delivered an onslaught of unadulterated energy from start to finish at The Roxy Theatre.

LA based hardcore band, Entry, sent shockwaves through the crowd immediately upon opening. The thrashy, punk guitar riffs and powerhouse vocals led by Sara G radiated a sense of defiance and raw intensity.

Roman Candle, hailing from Las Vegas, carried the mood with an equally high-octane performance, leaving everyone wanting more. Piper, lead singer and kickass graphic designer, was as commanding as she was potent.

Fresh off of the release of their new EP, God Made Me an Animal, Better Lovers wasted no time giving fans exactly what they had waited for. With a lineup featuring members of Every Time I Die, The Dillinger Escape Plan and Fit For An Autopsy, how could they not?

Vocalist Greg Puciato interacted with many in attendance throughout the set, from crowd surfing to tossing a microphone and cymbal boom stand around.

If you get a chance to catch any of this trio live, you will be in for an adrenaline-fueled evening.
