Dominic Fike at Prospect Park for Celebrate Brooklyn! on July 19th

Head to Prospect Park on July 19th to celebrate a borough and enjoy one of the best young artists of today. Dominic Fike is performing a fundraising concert for the BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! as a stop on the artists summer tour.

The BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! event is a summer long concert series featuring a variety of free performances supporting the local community and providing tons of summer fun. Dominic Fike’s performance on the 19th is not free, rather it’s a benefit concert in which ticket purchases will go towards supporting the rest of the lineup for the summer of 2023 and beyond.

Fike is one of the quickest growing stars of today. His popularity first rose as he released songs on the site Soundcloud. With the release of his debut EP with Columbia Record, Don’t Forget About Me, Demo in 2018, the artist burst onto the mainstream scene.

From there his star only continued to grow. The singer-songwriter sold out his “Rain or Shine” world tour and followed that up with, What Could Possibly Go Wrong, his first album. The single, “Chicken Tenders” was highly popular, kicking the artist into the mainstream. His album was one of the top 50 of 2020 and he continued his fame with a variety of performances and collaborations with artists such as Brockhampton, Halsey and Paul McCartney.

In 2022, Fike put himself on millions of TV screens when he starred as Elliot on the second season of HBO’s show Euphoria

Now, in 2023, the singer is back on tour, having started on July 13th in Indianapolis and visiting 25 cities in the US as well as Toronto and Vancouver in Canada.

On July 19th, the tour will be visiting the outdoor venue in Prospect Park, rain or shine. The tickets are entirely GA no matter the purchase, and the funds will support the rest of Celebrate Brooklyn!
