Fans pulled themselves up by their bootstraps for the final day of Stagecoach 2023. Colder (but still 102 degrees) and windier than the rest of the days, fans had many popular artists to choose from across all stages, as the final day was packed with talent.
Fans of the show Yellowstone stuck around the Mane Stage to see performances from Luke Grimes & Lainey Wilson, each who have seen their careers grow since the show gained popularity. Wilson, who played the Spotlight Stage last year, proved to her fans that she was only getting started, as they all plan to see & hear more from her in the future.
The last three bands of Stagecoach 2023 gave so much variety to chose from. Tyler Childers closed out the Palomino Stage with a stage set that donned grasses, ferns and taxidermized animals, echoing the vibes of his Appalachian folk music. Brooks & Dunn brought tears to many fans eyes as they got nostalgic over the classic country hits. The duo, who first gained popularity in ’91, brought all their energy to the Mane Stage while performing so many of their classic hits including “Brand New Man,” “Red Dirt Road,” “Neon Moon” and “My Maria” before closing the set with “Only in America.” The final set of Stagecoach was honored to Chris Stapleton who took the stage side by side with his wife, Morgane Stapleton. His bluesy, gritty voice and impressive guitar licks made fans fall in love with his headlining set as he kicked off the performance with fan favorites “Nobody to Blame” and “Parachute.” Closing out the final show for Stagecoach, he played his massively popular hit “Tennessee Whiskey,” which has over 680 million streams on Spotify. Leaving fans in a nostalgic and loving mood as they all left the grounds in hopes to come back again next year.
